I love popcorn and pretty much every other salty snack on the planet. Salty snacks are my very favorite and that definitely includes popcorn! Yumm! Last weekend was super busy. I had a parade to march in and inspectors coming to my home (thanks, Hurricane Irma 🙄) and a million things to do. I was set on go-go-go mode and I really wanted an easy snack that I could just leave out and munch on through the day for extra energy. Popcorn totally fit the bill, but I decided to skip out on the plant-based butter and take a different route instead. I used a little coconut oil and I added in some of my favorite healthy seasonings before popping the kernels….My own little spin on the typical Bombay popcorn. It was delicious and my kitchen smelled amazing while it was popping! Perfect snack for a fall weekend!
If you don’t have or don’t care for the spices I used, just create your own mix! Use a little more or a little less..Skip the salt or add extra. You really can’t mess this up. 😊 Enjoy and just put your own twist on it! 🍁🍂🍿

PS: Did you know that almost all movie theater popcorn is vegan? Even the liquid butter! I’m not saying heavily buttered popcorn is the healthiest option, I’m just sharing info 😬
